Windsor’s Caribbean Roots & Rhythm Music Festival has kicked off at the Festival Plaza for the weekend.

The festival brings Caribbean music, food, and culture for everyone to enjoy Friday night through Saturday. Headlining acts are artists Glen Washington, Rupee, Alison Hinds and Third World.
