PHOTOS: Riverfront Speakeasy Takes Windsor Back To The Roaring Twenties
The Riverfront Speakeasy transported visitors back to the Roaring Twenties on Saturday evening, transforming Windsor’s waterfront into a celebration of the city’s Prohibition-era history.
Held around the Legacy Beacon and historic Streetcar No. 351, the event featured live music and entertainment, interactive performers, fortune tellers, historic streetcar tours, Prohibition-inspired drinks, and a hidden speakeasy tucked along the riverfront.
Visitors embraced the theme with 1920s attire as they explored an evening inspired by Windsor’s colourful rum-running past.
