Celebrate Canada Day With Free Concert And Fireworks In Leamington
Leamington is celebrating Canada Day with a free evening of live music and fireworks at the SUNSET® Amphitheatre in Seacliff Park.
The celebration begins at 7:30pm with Big Shiny Toons: Ultimate Tribute to the 90s, a high-energy show featuring some of the decade’s biggest hits. From rock and pop to alternative favourites, concertgoers can sing, dance, and relive the music that defined the 1990s.
The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display over Lake Erie at 10:00pm, lighting up the waterfront in celebration of Canada Day.
“Canada Day is one of the highlights of summer in Leamington, bringing people together to celebrate our country and the strong sense of pride we share in our community,” said Mayor Hilda MacDonald. “We’re excited to kick off this year’s concert series with a fun-filled evening of great music and a fireworks show on our beautiful waterfront.”
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the show comfortably. Refreshments will be available on-site throughout the evening. To make it easy for residents and visitors to attend, LT-Go Transit will be running extended service until 11:00pm, providing convenient transportation to and from the event.
